Excellent gig last Sunday night - Tom Robinson, Martyn Joseph & Steve Knightley, on the 'Faith, Folk & Anarchy' tour.
It was a "supergroup" with all of them on stage together. Three of us went to the Leicester gig on the train from Nottingham. Unfortunately we had to leave early to get the last train, but it was still worth it. I started to write what the highlights of the gig were for me, but I decided there would be too many! Lots of excellent and moving songs. We came out wishing we could go & see the whole thing again. Which we shan't, 'cause there aren't many dates left on the tour and they are miles away, except for Milton Keynes which clashes with my Canterbury trip. But if anyone reading this is in the vicinity of the remaining few dates (see tour web site) then I thoroughly recommend it.
TR won't be touring again for a while, due to the imminent start of a new radio show for the BBC. But I'll be looking out for the other two coming round this way again.
