I'm about to put in a request about who I share a flat with at BiCon. But I realise I don't know some practical stuff. I know the ordinary flats are 5 people each, but what about the ground floor accessible flats? I'm thinking that wheelchair access must mean a bigger room which would vary the architecture.

Ideally, S. and I want to share with [livejournal.com profile] 36 and [livejournal.com profile] ippola, and they both need to be on the ground floor this year for mobility reasons. And if we can't be with them then I'll think again about what request to put in. So just wondering what the parameters are around all that.

So, please could someone say how many people in a ground floor flat, and how many of its rooms are accessible and how many ordinary? (or do those flats vary?) And are there sufficiently few people needing them that people can be allocated a place in a ground floor flat without actually being in need of a ground floor room themselves?

Thanks in advance for info...
