I was supposed to be there last night. My friend R had booked us a table there, but unfortunately I had serious car problems on the way there, & couldn't make it. R went along anyway, & told me all about it when he got home. He said that you spoke very well, & that your enthusiasm seemed infectious (to him). He also said that you fielded the questions well, & graciously, even in the face of the idiot(s) who tried to shout you down. He really enjoyed the evening, & I am really sorry that I missed it.
